Thermal Food Delivery Bags
A delivery bag lives a harder life than any other bag we make. It is loaded hot, dropped in a footwell, opened at every stop, wiped out at the end of a shift and loaded hot again twelve hours later. Everything about the specification changes when that is the duty cycle.
Hot loads are the part most bags are not built for. A standard PEVA liner is fine for a cold grocery shop and it softens and marks under a stack of hot containers night after night; a PU-coated liner takes the repeated heat far better. The seam matters even more: a stitched liner has thousands of needle holes in it, so the first sauce spill goes through the liner, into the foam, and stays there. A heat-sealed or RF-welded liner holds the spill in a tray you can actually wipe out.
The rest is geometry. A bag that is not sized to your containers lets them slide and tip, and a half-empty bag holds temperature far worse than a full one, so we size to what you actually carry rather than to a catalogue size. Rigid inserts, a top-loading lid rather than a side zip, and a closure that stays shut when the bag is carried at an angle all follow from that.
