What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 bags, with bulk tiers as quantities grow. The minimum is the same across grocery totes, delivery bags, mailers, catering carriers and specimen bags.

How fast will my insulated bags arrive?

Accepted Answer

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and bags ship in about 2 weeks. Welded-liner and custom-sized builds can add a few days, and we confirm a real ship date in writing before you commit rather than after.

Question 3

How many hours will your bags hold temperature?

Accepted Answer

We will not print an hours figure on a bag, because the figure belongs to the load rather than to the product. Hold time is decided by how cold or hot the contents were when they went in, how much ice or thermal mass travels with them, how full the bag is, the ambient temperature and how often it is opened — the same bag can hold for eight hours or ninety minutes. What we will state, on every quote, is the foam type, the foam thickness in millimetres, the liner material and the seam type, which is the part that is genuinely about the bag.

What is the difference between foil lining and foam?

Accepted Answer

Foil is a radiant barrier and foam is the insulator, and confusing the two is the most common mistake in this category. Foil reflects radiant heat and is a thin film; closed-cell polyethylene foam resists conduction and works by thickness. A foil-lined bag with 2mm of foam is a thin bag with a shiny liner. Ask any supplier for the foam thickness in millimetres and the answer tells you what you are actually buying.

Can the bags be washed?

Accepted Answer

Wipe them out; do not immerse them and never machine wash them. Water enters a foam panel through the seams far more easily than it leaves, and a soaked panel loses its loft permanently. That is exactly why we push welded liners on anything carrying food: a continuous welded surface can be wiped clean, whereas a stitched liner has already let the spill through into the foam where you cannot reach it.

How will my logo be printed on an insulated bag?

Accepted Answer

By whichever method the face material allows, which is a real constraint rather than a preference. Plain non-woven polypropylene takes screen printing at a low cure temperature, because PP distorts under normal heat. Laminated faces take a controlled heat transfer. Dye sublimation needs polyester and will not bond to a metallised or PP face at all. Embroidery is possible only where there is a backing panel, since a needle through a liner is a hole in a liner. We choose the method against the face and tell you which one we are using.

Can I get a bag sized to my own trays or boxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and for delivery and catering work it is the right way to buy. Send the outside dimensions of the pan, crate or box including the lip, and we build the internal dimensions around it. Fit does more for temperature than an extra millimetre of foam, because a half-empty bag is mostly air, and air is the thing you are trying to insulate against. Custom sizing carries the same 12-unit minimum.

Are these suitable for vaccines or regulated cold chain?

Accepted Answer

No. A regulated storage range requires a qualified shipper: a validated pack-out with conditioned coolant, a documented procedure and a temperature logger that produces a record. That is a system, not a bag, and no soft insulated bag forms part of one. We supply these for general food, grocery, catering, ecommerce and non-regulated specimen transport, and where you describe a regulated product we will say so and point you at the right packaging rather than take the order.
